The Travel and Tourism diploma program will provide you with a solid foundation to start your career in one of the world’s largest industries. As a Travel and Tourism student, you will learn about the history, geography, languages, cultures and currencies of various worldwide travel destinations. You will also examine travel trends and what motivates clients to travel. In addition, you will learn about various travel products and focus on customer service, sales and marketing techniques. Airline ticketing and procedures and the Apollo and SABRE reservation systems are also covered. You will then apply your knowledge in a practical setting during a three-week practicum.
