Objectives
This 15-week certificate program trains graduates to become skilled bartenders working in the hospitality industry. Candidates should be interested in serving people. The program consists of instruction in the principles and practices of sound bar management. The curriculum is divided evenly between theory and practical hands-on experience in the campus bar laboratory and in an established bar in the community.
