Through demonstrations and practical training, you will experience the art of mixing, dispensing and serving alcoholic beverages as well as learn about the legal implications and responsibilities involved in the profession. Successful graduates of the course will receive Smart Serve accreditation from the Hospitality Industry Training Organization of Ontario.
