  • Objectives
    Acquire the knowledge and skills needed to work in social service agencies and institutions that deal with individuals, families, groups and communities. A major focus of this program is the application of the skills and knowledge learned, to promote social justice through social change.
  • Practical experience
    Classroom instruction is combined with field placement experience in year two. You will spend several days each week working with clients under the supervision of experienced service providers in social agencies. The practical experience gained during placements will help to reinforce classroom learning and provide grounding for full-time work after graduation.
