DEFINITIONS e-Business - a series of electronic applications or tools applied to business and supply chain management functions and a strategic driver of new business. eSCM - represents a smooth combination of Supply Chain Management and e-Business technology. Supply Chain Management - Management of all supplier-customer relationships and related processes throughout a supply chain, both internal and external to an organization.
