Course descriptionThe Business Management Studies program provides a high quality educational opportunity for English as a Second Language (ESL) domestic and foreign visa students within BCIT’s School of Business.The program is delivered on a full-time basis through special sections of Part-time Studies courses offered in the daytime.
This twelve-month (3-term) program incorporates a number of basic business courses covering topics such as accounting, management and economics, with the necessary English upgrading to meet BCIT's language requirements. You will learn practical workplace and study skills such as how to work in teams, critical thinking and presentation skills and unlike other post-secondary institutions, all your courses are guaranteed to be available.
At the end of the program, you will be eligible to receive an Associate Certificate and apply for entry into Level 2 of most business diploma programs at BCIT.
