    The Leadership Development Certificate Program is in its 15th year of delivering quality leadership training in our community. The program continues to be reshaped and updated on a continuous basis, as changes and trends emerge in the workplace and in leadership development in general. Leadership DevelopmentLeadership is this decade’s biggest challenge and the greatest competitive advantage an organization has. Engaging the hearts and minds of the people in organizations is how things get done. The degree to which people are engaged in their work is due largely to leadership. We know that leaders need to be self aware as well as skilled in the art of strategically and successfully leading people and projects in today’s dynamic and complex work environments. This program will give you the opportunity to explore who you are as a leader as well as what kinds of things leaders are called upon to do.
