• Objectives
  Cambrian College has partnered with Carson Dunlop and Associates to provide a program that satisfies the Standards of Practice of ASHI/CAHI (American Society of Home Inspectors/Canadian Society of Home Inspectors). Standards of Practice define a minimum and uniform standard for private home inspectors. Home inspections performed to these standards are designed to give the client all the relevant information regarding the condition of the systems and components of the home as inspected. The Carson Dunlop program is the only training program that fully complies with ASHI Curriculum and Standards of Practice.
