ObjectivesThe Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate program prepares graduates for career success in HR. Participants gain both the required knowledge-base as well as develop and enhance crucial skills in a number of key areas. Graduates are prepared to begin working as HR generalists, or to specialize, depending on their specific areas of interest.
