The graphic design and digital visual media industries demand professionals with the digital media multimedia, graphics, and image manipulation skills to operate use a range of industry standard software. These skills can be applied to electronic publishing, digital photography, video editing, web site creation and more. The Graphic Arts Specialist program helps students to develop image creation, editing and processing skills required to meet employers' needs in these areas. This program will help students find jobs in a wide variety of fields, including graphic design firms, marketing agencies and advertising companies. Students will work with the Adobe Creative Cloud -- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Acrobat, ActionScript, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, After Effects and more.
