Computer Programmer Analyst Ontario College Advanced Diploma

Objectives This program offers a detailed study of current and emerging information technologies, systems methodologies and application programming, all built upon a solid foundation of business expertise. The curriculum includes comprehensive instruction and practical application of structured, mainframe and object-oriented programming languages. Additionally, students receive extensive training in database administration, Internet development and projectmanagement. As part of the program students will work, both independently and in teams to create course deliverables.
Practical experience In the final semester of the program, eligible students take part in a field placement. During which students will be employed in the information technology field, working on "real world" projects.
