  • Objectives
    These programs provide general training in Mathematics and Statistics. The General programs are less theoretical than the Honours programs which may form an excellent introduction to graduate studies. The main areas of concentration are: algebra, analysis, topology, applied mathematics (classical and modern), statistics and probability. In the Honours program, you may choose to pursue a Specialization in Statistics.

       3. 3.0 credits from STAT 2509 or MATH or STAT at the 3000-level or higher, excluding MATH 3101 and STAT 3502;
