We offer our one month intensive Yoga Teacher Training Program to become a Certified Yoga Teacher. The courses are available in beautiful Vancouver, Canada and in other beautiful and spiritual locations around the world.

Level 1: 200 hour - Yoga Instructor Certification

Completion of the following requirements entitles the successful student to "Instructor" status.

With "Instructor" status one is able to facilitate yoga classes of all-levels.

    1 month intensive program consisting of 200 hrs:

        * Teaching Method
        * Practical Teaching
        * Yoga Philosophy
        * Pranayama (breathing)
        * Lifestyle
        * Meditation
        * Karma Yoga
