    Biology is the study of life from the molecular to a global perspective. It is the science that studies living organisms, including their structure, function, growth, origin, evolution and distribution. This is an exciting and dynamic area of study. As a graduate of the two-year long Associate of Science Degree in Biology program, you'll have successfully completed a well-rounded two-year slate of studies, and you’ll be ready to meet new challenges in employment or further education— you’ll also have demonstrated both the commitment and competence necessary for success in post-secondary academics and in the professional workforce.

    Completion Requirements
    The course requirements for the Associate Degree program credential are mandated by the provincial government. You must complete a total of 20 university transfer courses, and achieve an overall GPA of 2.0 ("C"), to obtain an Associate of Science Degree in Biology. No course may be used to meet more than one of the specific requirements; 25% of your courses must be completed at Camosun College.
